Under the Consumer Protection Act 2007 you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for the goods bought if, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or the goods are faulty or damaged.
In the case of non-satisfaction of goods, you must notify us within 3 working days of receiving the Products. Notification must be made by email to sales@shirleyagri.com and must reference the order number.
In the case of faulty or damaged goods, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the products. Notification must be made by email prior to return, must reference the order number and must contain photographs of the damage to the product.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If the returned items are not in a "new & unused" condition and fit for resale, a refund may not be possible. Returns are sent at your own expense. When returning items, you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty or incorrectly supplied. Goods should be checked upon receipt for damage or faults. If items are missing from your order, please notify us within 24 hours.

Goods will be accepted for returns up to 15 days from the date on invoice once in an unused and resalable condition. Any goods AGREED for return outside the 15 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
